1Good morning prospective students and parents, and welcome to the engineering department open day.

2My name is Professor Anita Cole, and I head the undergraduate admissions team here.

3First of all, the campus tour leaves in ten minutes from the main reception desk.

4Tours used to depart from the library steps, but construction work has forced a change.

5Each tour lasts about forty minutes and finishes at the student accommodation block.

6Right, moving on to the course, the degree takes three years, or four with a placement.
