2I am Rachel Donovan, the warden of Greenfield Hall this year.

3First of all, you must never leave cooking unattended in the shared kitchens.

4Candles and electric heaters are not allowed in any of the bedrooms.

5The fire alarm is tested every Monday morning at ten o'clock exactly.

6If the alarm rings at any other time, leave the building immediately.

7The assembly point used to be the car park, but now it is the garden.

8Please do not use the lifts when the fire alarm is sounding.

9Guests must sign in at reception and leave before eleven at night.

10One last thing: report any problems to the duty warden on the ground floor.
